Today was my first harvest! Radishes! I couldn't be more excited. Now if the rest could be so easy. I've marked my calendar for harvest dates and for more plantings. The anticipation is growing.
As for the radishes, do I go raw or should I roast? Hmmmm.... Well, let's go for a soup and salad - but not the average soup and salad. Radish leaves and Potato Soup is an uncharted recipe for me. I'll try it with adding a little bit of thyme - that should be a nice touch. Then my Orange, Jicama and Radish salad is a known stand out for something fresh and crisp. So, it will be. So, I shall update at a later date.
